HIGHLIGHTS: DAY 1

A great start for Asia-Pacific brands and agencies, earning no fewer than 22 Lions in the Health & Wellness, Outdoor, Pharma, Print & Publishing and Audio & Radio categories. This already amounts to a quarter of APAC's metal haul from last year on just the first day.

But the even bigger story comes courtesy of the Grand Prix sweep of all three health related categories awarded to APAC campaigns. See these below.

India easily leads the 'A-PAC' after the first day with no fewer than nine Lions. Australia ands New Zealand come next, each with five, though two of these are shared awards between both countries for 'The Best Place in the World to have Herpes'.  By agency, Ogilvy is tops so far with six Lions, followed by FCB with four and DDB with three.
