Made This’s AI Artist Collective has officially launched in Australia and New Zealand, featuring top AI artists from around the globe.
The initiative, formed by Clemenger BBDO’s Made This, mirrors the approach of production companies that roster film directors. The Collective aims to "inspire audiences, evoke emotions, and spark discussions on technology's impact on creativity". It it also targeting brands eager to explore how AI can enhance their work.
With eight artists already on board, the Collective plans to expand, bringing diverse creative perspectives to the market. These artists have previously worked with global brands such as Nike and Coca-Cola.
For example, Nike's eight-minute video ad for their 50th anniversary, featuring Serena Williams, was created using AI.
Similarly, BMW projected AI-generated art onto their Eight Series Gran Coupe, and Nutella launched an AI-powered campaign that generated seven million unique jar labels. Pedigree's Cannes Lion Grand Prix-winning campaign 'Adoptable' used AI to match shelter dogs with new owners.
"We’re always searching for ways to provide unique thinking to our clients,” said Adrián Flores, chief creative officer of Clemenger BBDO. “The Made This team has developed a distinguishing initiative for us to expand our creative offering that respects the creative integrity of artists and makers while harnessing the power of AI and technology. I’m extremely excited to be able to offer this to our clients."
