Cheil South West Asia has appointed Jitender Dabas as CEO of Cheil X, its independent, full-service agency handling business beyond Samsung. In his new role, Dabas will lead Cheil X offices across Delhi and Mumbai and provide strategic oversight across the Cheil SWA group, which spans creative, strategy, digital marketing, influencer marketing, digital media, content production, tech, retail design, and performance solutions. Dabas joins from McCann Worldgroup, where he served as chief operating officer and chief strategy officer for India, as well as head of Effectiveness for APAC. His career spans WPP and IPG networks, earning him accolades including the WPP Atticus Award and jury positions at Cannes Lions and Effies awards. 

DDB Mudra Group has bolstered its DDB Tribal North leadership with the appointments of Ashna Nandrajog as senior vice president—Business and Mohini Varma as executive vice president— Planning. Both bring decades of experience across leading agencies and brands, with Nandrajog noted for her brand leadership and Varma for award-winning strategic insight.

Unltd has named Philippa Moig, formerly ANZ media lead at Google, as its new CEO. Moig, a Marketing Academy scholar and advocate for social change, will drive Unltd’s new cause-centric strategy, bringing years of leadership experience across top media agencies and a deep commitment to transforming outcomes for at-risk youth.

Grey India has announced the appointment of Harsh Kapadia as chief creative officer. Kapadia, a Mumbai-born creative with over two decades of global experience, joins from MRM New York (McCann Worldgroup), where he served as CCO. His return to the WPP network sees him partnering with CEO Anusha Shetty to lead Grey India’s next chapter across its Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore studios. Kapadia brings a blend of deep local understanding and international best practices, having worked across New York, London, Melbourne and Mumbai for clients including Google, Diageo, Lego and Reckitt. Reporting to Grey’s Global CCO Gabriel Schmitt, Kapadia will focus on unlocking impactful creative solutions rooted in what he calls “Cultural MacGyverism”—blending local insight with global innovation to drive real business results.

Moving Walls, an out-of-home (OOH) media enterprise software provider headquartered in Singapore, has appointed Manson Chan in China and Nick Coston in the US. Chan aims to introduce Moving Walls' solutions in China, catering to global brands seeking automation and accountability, while Coston will strengthen the digital transformation of the publisher ecosystem in the US and facilitate global campaigns. 
 
Droga5 has announced significant leadership changes, with Barbara Humphries and Damon Stapleton becoming co-chief creative officers of Droga5 Australia and New Zealand. They will work alongside CEO Matt Michael as part of a broader creative restructure to reinvent Droga5's global offering under new leadership. Meanwhile, Tara Ford, previously the chief creative officer of Droga5 ANZ, has been appointed as the chief creative officer of Droga5 London, where she will collaborate with CEO Bill Scott and chief strategy officer Will Hodge. This reorganisation is part of Droga5's strategy to enhance its creative edge and expand its global network following a year of significant growth and acquisitions, including the integration of The Monkeys in Australia and New Zealand and the acquisition of Brazilian agency SOKO. Howatson+Company has appointed Lilian Sor as its new chief strategy officer. Sor brings extensive experience from leading planning teams in Sydney, Melbourne, and London at agencies like AMV BBDO, Grey London, Clemenger BBDO, and CHEP Network. She has won numerous effectiveness awards, including a Gold IPA and a Grand Effie.

Nature, a strategic insights consultancy, has expanded its team with five new appointments across its Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane offices. Jed Larwood joins as a senior consultant in qualitative practice in Brisbane, while Flora Delecour becomes senior associate director in Sydney. Lauren Boubouras takes on the role of associate director, and Sharon Spargo returns as director and head of operations in Melbourne. Jessica Holohan joins as a consultant. Additionally, Alex Conningham has been promoted to senior associate director and head of AI, where he will lead the development of Nature's AI capabilities, including its proprietary platform, Aurora. 

Mediacorp has appointed Sabrina Tan as its head of sales to enhance commercial growth through multi-modal IPs, omni-channel solutions, and outcome-based partnerships. Reporting to chief commercial officer Jacqui Lim, Tan will drive growth across key sectors like government, banking, and retail, leveraging audience-centric content and data-driven solutions. The move aims to streamline operations for greater agility and internal collaboration. Tan joined Mediacorp in 2018, and has previously led sales teams and driven revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new IPs. Meanwhile, Toh Dasheng and Cindy Ng have taken on new roles within the Commercial Group, focusing on integrated solutions and emerging business development, respectively, both reporting to Jacqui Lim.

BBDO Japan has appointed Kazuya Nakajima as its new executive creative director. Nakajima, a renowned figure in the creative industry, brings a solid track record of leading innovative campaigns across various sectors, including mega-brands, healthcare, beauty, and entertainment. His expertise spans creative direction, digital innovation, design, promotion, and PR, earning him global recognition with numerous awards, including the Cannes Lions and Clio Awards.

Havas Ortega has appointed Alex Pastor as the new head of Havas Red Philippines to help bolster its presence in the public relations sector. With over two decades of experience in public relations, corporate communications, and media, Pastor is poised to drive strategic growth, digital transformation, and impactful storytelling. Under his leadership, Havas Red will enhance its PR offerings, including Sway Influencer Marketing, Red Impact Sustainability, and Peaks Executive Branding, ensuring brands remain competitive in a rapidly changing media landscape.
 
Independent media agency Fourteen10 has appointed Wesley Hamburger as its head of engineering, a move that advances the integration of technology into its operations. Hamburger, who has worked with Silicon Valley companies Okta and Afterpay, as well as AI-driven startup Tessian, will lead the engineering practice by utilising AI and software to improve Fourteen10's capabilities. This appointment positions Fourteen10 as one of the first Australian media agencies to embed engineering and product development into its core functions.
 
Laptop manufacturer Dynabook ANZ has appointed Angela Walker as its managing director. Walker, a 26-year veteran of the company, previously served as general manager and played a crucial role in the transition from Toshiba Client Solutions to Dynabook ANZ in 2021. Her leadership has been key in establishing Dynabook as a trusted business partner across Australia and New Zealand. In her new role, Walker will focus on accelerating Dynabook's business strategy, expanding partner engagement, and enhancing brand awareness.

Clemenger BBDO has officially relaunched today as a unified agency, merging three Omnicom creative brands—CHEP Network, Clemenger BBDO, and Traffik—into a 350-strong staff. CEO Lee Leggett leads the new entity, supported by a leadership team that includes Simon Wassef, formerly of Clemenger BBDO, as chief strategy and experience officer and Glen Dickson, a long-time CHEP creative leader, as deputy chief creative officer. As part of the transition, chief creative officer Gavin McLeod and chief strategy officer Lillian Sor have announced their departures. The exits come just two weeks after Clemenger's former chief creative officer, Adrián Flores, quit.   

Edelman’s APAC head of business marketing, Simon Murphy, has exited to launch his own advisory, Indigo Murphy. Since joining Edelman in 2017 as head of corporate for Hong Kong, Murphy has held a number of regional and global client service team roles before returning to Melbourne at the end of 2021 as regional head of corporate Innovation. Most recently, he served as head of business marketing for APAC.

Buzzlab, a content-led growth consulting firm in Asia, has appointed Harish Shetty as client services director. Shetty was previously a management supervisor at Ogilvy, with over 12 years of extensive experience in advertising, brand marketing and integrated campaigns for the team. Shetty has worked for agencies, including L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Famous Innovations, and MullenLowe Lintas Group, where he has gained valuable experience in strategic brand growth and cross-platform marketing.
