Lai brings 14 years of experience in internet marketing to the agency. Meanwhile the 15-year media veteran Leon Chen has been appointed as managing director of Maxus Shanghai. He joined the group in May, replacing outgoing Vicky Hsueh who was promoted to managing director last year a role that had been vacant for one year.
