Hezila is currently the GM of Paragon Y&R (Y&R’s specialist Malay agency) and has been with the Y&R Group for the past six years.

Under Hezila's leadership, ParagonY&R has grown from a small specialist offering to a significant second agency, strengthening their relationship with key clients such as Astro and Petronas and picking up several new clients along the way. Paragon Y&R now also handles clients outside their original Malay remit.

“Lisa has done an outstanding job of managing and growing Paragon Y&R and has been the lynch pin of our new business drive over the last few months across both Y&R and Paragon," said Robert McBrain, CEO of Y&R Group Malaysia. "She was instrumental in the group winning ECM Libra investment bank, Skypark, The History Channel and most recently Mersing Laguna, a government-supported eco-tourism development in East Malaysia akin to The Gold Coast in Australia."

He continued, “She has been at the forefront of a ‘new Y&R’ in terms of helping to bring in new talent and competencies that will reinvent our offer here in Malaysia. But ultimately, Lisa has a passion and a commitment that her team and clients alike are drawn to and it is highly infectious. You just can’t buy that.”

Hezila will be responsible for growing the agency’s various disciplines, such as shopper marketing and digital as well as improving current processes within the group.
