Dairy Farm picks Edelman for four specialty stores

As of 1 February, Edelman will oversee the PR activities for the four Dairy Farm specialty stores on a ongoing basis, as confirmed by Julie Chiu, sales & marketing director at The Dairy Farm Company.

Scope of work include media outreach, event management and PR programs across traditional media and digital platforms, according to Andrew Kirk, Managing Director, Edelman Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Edelman managed the launch of Jasons Food & Living's opening at Causeway Bay's Hysan Place as a project in August last year, which led to longer-term business.

As for the other three store brands, Ogilvy PR had been the incumbent agency for the previous year.
