One Green Bean has appointed Amber Abbott as chief executive officer. Abbott, who has been with the agency for 11 years, will continue to work closely with managing partner Lauren Bailey and head of content Laura Byrne to steer the agency’s strategic direction, with a focus on digital innovation and creative partnerships. Her appointment comes as the agency marks its 18th year in Australia, with long-standing client relationships including Nike and Meat & Livestock Australia. Recent client additions under Abbott’s leadership include Pinterest and Tourism & Events Queensland. Abbott joined One Green Bean in 2014 as an account director and has since held a number of senior roles, including head of client services and general manager.

Dentsu Creative Isobar has appointed Sushant Barua (Manik) as national creative director—art. Reporting to president Sahil Shah, Barua will lead the agency’s art and visual design function, working alongside chief creative officer Abhijat Bharadwaj and the wider leadership team. He joins with over 20 years of experience and a portfolio of work recognised at major global and regional awards including Cannes Lions, Clio, Spikes Asia, and the Effies. In this role, Barua will oversee design direction across the agency’s client portfolio and mentor its growing design team.

Attivo Group has appointed Anthony Gregorio as executive chairman for ANZ. Gregorio, previously a partner at Tumbleturn Marketing Advisory, brings over 30 years of agency and consultancy experience, including former CEO roles at Saatchi & Saatchi Australia and Havas Creative Group ANZ. In the newly created role, he joins ANZ CEO Sue Squillace and COO John Rizoski to support business growth and cross-agency collaboration. 

Syndigo has appointed Rodger Yasmine as regional vice-president for Australia. Yasmine brings over 20 years of enterprise IT sales experience across the APAC region, having held senior roles at VTEX, Akeneo and StreamSets. He will lead local sales strategy, operations and client engagement across sectors including government, telecoms, financial services and technology.
