TBWA\Hong Kong appoints James Procter as new ECD

HONG KONG - Creative talent James Procter joins TBWA\Hong Kong as executive creative director, further strengthening the agency’s creative offering.

Procter started his career at Clemenger BBDO in his native Australia and went on to become ECD at GPY&R Sydney and Y&R Singapore. He was with Ogilvy Singapore as ECD prior to joining TBWA\Hong Kong, and helped the agency to be named 2012 Cannes Network of the Year.

Joanne Lao, managing director of TBWA\Hong Kong, described Procter’s role as key in propelling the agency forward, building on its strong foundation to offer true integration with digital at the core.

Throughout his career, Procter has helped deliver diverse campaigns for brands like AXA, adidas, Caltex, Virgin Atlantic, Pepsi, OCBC, Mars, Starburst and WWF. His work has won recognition at many international and local award shows including D&AD, Cannes Lions, The Clio Awards, Spikes Asia, One Show, The Effies and New York Festivals.
