As part of the new structure, which is effective today, Melissa Hey, the former head of OMD TV, will lead screen trading, which comprises all TV and cinema trading. Jo Dick, the former head of radio, cinema and outdoor, will lead the off-screen trading team, which comprises print, radio and outdoor.

Hey joined OMD less than two years ago as head of TV after four years at Starcom as head of investment for Sydney and Brisbane. Jo Dick has been with OMD for the last 10 years.

“Our new model ensures our specialists trading teams have the time to get under the skin of their client’s business,” said Dan Sinfield, head of trading and implementation, OMD Australia.
