Following a pitch called in October to address Singapore’s reputation as a bland, efficient city overseas, the Ministry has appointed PR agency Baldwin Boyle Shand to build its reputation as a vibrant, global city.

Five agencies were in the shortlist.

“Besides meeting the criteria stated in our tender and demonstrating a good understanding of our requirements, Baldwin Boyle Shand has provided a good overview for the development of the strategic plan and a comprehensive and credible framework,” said Carol Tan, director, resilience and marketing division, Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts.
