Senior vice president, Strategy
Klick Health

Shraddha Tawate has never been afraid to break the mould. She started her career in medicine, treating one patient at a time, but quickly realised she could deliver far greater impact by reimagining how healthcare itself is communicated. So she swapped the stethoscope for strategy and never looked back.

Today, as SVP of strategy at Klick Health, Shraddha has become the shop’s go-to fixer for high-stakes, high-complexity healthcare mandates. In just two years, she’s helped steer Klick Health’s expansion into 10 countries, earning the agency a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted partners for top-tier pharma clients. Under her leadership, regional vaccine campaigns have set new benchmarks for scale, scope, and strategic clarity. One commercial head described it as “a path-breaking approach that raised the bar not just within the company but for the category.”

She built Klick’s APAC strategy team from the ground up, led Ward6’s planning function from scratch, during a phase of exponential year-on-year growth, and earlier in her career, helped elevate consumer health from a niche offering into a business mainstay at Medulla Communications. Along the way, she has worked across 22 markets and 30+ categories, launching initiatives ranging from oncology drugs and tobacco cessation programs to patient-doctor dialogue programmes and rural public health education drives.

“She brings clarity, collaboration and creative drive in equal measure,” says a former creative director-turned-client. Another longtime peer puts it more plainly: “She raised the bar for all of us.”

At Klick, she mentors emerging strategists, builds bridges across functions and cultures, and champions inclusive thinking across borders. But her north star hasn’t changed. “Every message, every idea, and every campaign must push care forward,” she says. And that’s exactly what she’s doing… every day, at scale.
