Royal Plaza on Scotts appoints Click True to handle social media in Singapore

SINGAPORE - Click True has been appointed as the social media strategists by Royal Plaza on Scotts to roll out digital campaigns across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Australia.

According to Patrick Fiat, GM, Royal Plaza on Scotts, “As an independent hotel in Singapore, we believe that strategic investment in social media will enhance our competitive advantage. Appointing Click True as our social media strategist marks an exciting new chapter in our marketing strategy.”

The Social True team, Click True's social initiative to provide holistic solutions for businesses interested in incorporating social media technologies, will devise a strategy for the hotel to enable it to monitor and measure its social media efforts for appropriate ROI.

Jackie Lee, CEO of Click True, said, "The way we consume and engage products and brands have evolved with the internet and social media platforms. It has revolutionised the tourism industry as the internet is now the place to go to for travel information, tips and trusted feedback."
