Publicis Hong Kong appoints new planning director

HONG KONG - Eva Ng has been appointed as planning director at Publicis Hong Kong, working across both Publicis and Publicis Modem.

In her new role, Ng will be responsible for strengthening insights and strategy at the agency.

“With Eva’s strong track record on blue chip clients in Hong Kong and the region, she will lead the insights and strategy team. Eva’s traditional planning background is combined with depth in digital and an entrepreneurial flair that will bring innovation in our communications solutions for clients. Given our strengths in digital integration, Eva is perfect for the role,” said Publicis Hong Kong GM Sue McCusker.

Ng started her career in Australia 13 years ago, working across Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson and Milo.

Since then she has also worked in both Hong Kong and China at Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB, BBDO and finally Publicis Hong Kong. Brands under her remit in Asia have included several P&G brands, 7-Eleven, Smartone, Dragonair, Philips, McDonalds, Watsons and Wrigley.

Ng has also been recognised at the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Festival.
