Publicis China appoints Rayne Chow as GM of Publicis Beijing; Vivian Yeung as GM of Publicis Modem

Tseng's new role with Publicis Groupe is still to be confirmed.

Chow (pictured) joined Publicis Beijing seven months ago as Greater China business consultant working on the LG and HP accounts. 

She has more than 20 years’ marketing and communications experience in both advertising agencies and on the client side. Before moving to Beijing, Chow worked at BBDO Hong Kong as management supervisor for three years, serving blue chip accounts including Visa, Watsons Personal Stores and Sony.

Meanwhile Vivian Yeung takes up the newly created GM position at Publicis Modem, the digital arm of Publicis Advertising.

A veteran in digital advertising in Asia for over 10 years, Yeung was previously MD of Reap Interactive and Sole Digital in Singapore respectively. She has worked with clients including Knight Frank, FANCL, AMK Hub, Simple, JetAirways, The Body Shop, Marie France Bodyline, MasterCard, Volkswagen, Abbott, Nokia, Sony and BBC Worldwide.
