The campaign will reportedly involve the development of visual elements to attract mid- to high-end brands and gourmet restaurant chains to take up space in project. In addition, Ortus Group’s digital subsidiary Archiive will create a 3D leasing platform to facilitate virtual tours by potential tenants.

The Channel One mall will predominantly cater to young, fashion-conscious consumers and will cover an area of 45,000 square metres.
