Lin and Dubey will take charge of each of their offices immediately and report directly to SiewPing Lim (pictured), vice-president of Mindshare China.

Lin replaces Andrew Carter, who was the previous national tactical planning head at Mindshare Shanghai. Lin joined Mindshare in 1997, and was previously deputy leader of the Shanghai office. Major clients that have gone under her management include Unilever, Yum, President and SAP.

Dubey separately takes on the role left by Lim after her promotion to the vice-president of Mindshare Beijing. Dubey relocated to Beijing as the deputy leader from the Guangzhou office in 2008. Lim said: “Asmita is very committed to China. She has acquired a very solid understanding of the China market by ‘getting her hands dirty’”.

The replacements for the positions left by Lin and Dubey have not been decided yet.
