The group expects a 2% growth in organic net revenue compared with 2024.

Havas reports 2.1% increase in organic growth for Q1 2025

Havas has reported a 2.1% increase in organic growth for Q1 of 2025.

The network's total net revenue increased by 5.2% year on year from €617 million ($700 million) to €649 million ($737 million), which was boosted by its change in scope of consolidation and changes in foreign exchange rates.

Yannick Bolloré, chief executive and chairman of Havas, said the results were a “good start” to 2025.

The results follow a drop in organic net revenue for Havas of 0.8% for both Q4 and FY 2024.

APAC and Africa saw an increase in organic net revenue growth by 1.9%. The report stated that growth was driven by Havas Media.

North America’s organic net revenue growth increased by 3.2% and Latin America by 16.6%.

Bolloré noted that the performance reflected momentum in North America and Latin America and Havas’ “bolt-on acquisition strategy”.

Europe’s organic net revenue, meanwhile, declined by 0.2% year on year, following a +5.5% increase in Q1 of 2024.

The report noted that net revenue increased in France because of Havas Media, but Havas Creative and Havas Health’s performance in the UK held net revenue back.

Bolloré said that the group was “confirming [its] objectives for 2025”, while “keeping a close eye on the global geopolitical and economic situation, in order to respond quickly and effectively”.

The group also expects organic net revenue to grow by +2% compared with 2024.

Havas' shares started trading on the Amsterdam stock exchange in mid-December 2024, after the completion of its spin-off from parent company Vivendi.
