Carat has named Anna Campbell as global managing director, following her tenure as global client president.

In her daily role, she will oversee the people, brand, financial and product processes for the global teams and report to Fiona Lloyd, global brand president.

Campbell has been global client president at Carat since 2020 and was previously appointed global client president, client solutions, at Dentsu Aegis Network in 2019.

The appointment marked a return to Dentsu for Campbell, who previously worked at Carat from 2007-13.

In the interim, she held roles at OMD EMEA and worldwide, and was also chief growth officer at Publicis Groupe UK.

Campbell said she could not be “more delighted” to take on the new role and added: “I am excited to partner with all the brilliant people across our network to pioneer the next frontier of growth for our people, clients, and business.”

The appointment follows a leadership restructure at Carat UK, with Mike McCoy appointed as president and chief client officer Matthew Landeman moving to the wider Dentsu Media UK group.
