Monsters University opens summer enrolment at Hong Kong Disneyland

Hong Kong Disneyland invites guests to enrol in its newly opened Monsters University from 13 June to 1 September. Visitors can take part in the monster-style campus fun by getting a student ID card at the Administration Building. The new 'monsterized' school programme includes drawing lessons at the Animation Academy and cooking classes at the Hollywood Hotel. 'Students' can also download a 'Let’s Animate' app to access 'scarers' training tips.

The busy 'Monsterized' school programme include the Art Club’s Mike drawing lesson at Animation Academy and a Monsters University chef lecture at the Hollywood Hotel, where adults and children can use their imaginations to create Mike and Sulley cupcakes.

Die-hard Monster fans can choose from over 100 elite Monsters University merchandise items such as backpacks, accessories, pins, tees and plush toys.

Disney Pixar 3D animation 'Monsters University' is a prequel to 'Monsters Inc.' which opens in Hong Kong cinemas on 11 July. It tells the story of how the inseparable scaring duo of Mike and Sulley came to be by tracing their story back to their university days.
