The launch marked the service Ta-Q-Bin’s first independent domestic operation outside Japan.

Up to 10 million domestic deliveries are made in Singapore each year and demand is expected to grow in tandem with businesses and the consumer market segment in the city-state.

Bang PR was charged with all PR duties for the service’s launch.

We see Singapore as a strategic location to launch our service in the region, as Singapore offers a pro-business environment and sophisticated consumer base that is representative of Asia’s affluent customers.”

On future plans in Asia, Naoki Toda, president of Yamato Transport, added: “Yamato believes that service excellence stems from in-depth understanding of our customers’ needs and wants. To maintain our high service standards across Asia, It is essential for us to localise Ta-Q-Bin’s service strategy to cater to each country’s demands.”

Last week, Bang PR picked up briefs for the Block Up sun-care range and the OsteoMilk brand.
