Buchanan Group is perhaps best known for its home-shopping-channel style programme 'Brand Power'. Popular with FMCG brands for its direct, no frills, 'fact-driven' advertising format, Brand Power helps consumers "make a more informed choice" while shopping, according to Buchanan Group. The advertising platform creates TVCs, flyers and online content.

Other advertising platforms owned by the agency include Zoot Review, MediFacts and InfoTalk.

Buchanan Group has offices in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America and estimates that its programmes have been seen by two billion people across 60 countries.

"Buchanan Group is a homegrown Australian success story and its growth outside of Australia is very impressive," said STW group CEO Micheal Connaghan. "We're particularly excited about its prospects in North America and also the booming economies of South East Asia."

Chris Phyland, president of Buchanan Group America and Europe commented that the agency's fast-growing Northern Hemisphere businesses will create "new geographic opportunities" for STW. "There is a remarkable alignment between our companies," he added.
