The NHB has issued a tender for PR agencies to provide services. Fulford PR was appointed last year to support NHB's corporate communications team on public relations matters, acting as an extension of its communications office.

The agency also provided PR support for key institutions under NHB’s purview, such as the Singapore Philatelic Museum, National Archives of Singapore and Heritage Conservation Centre, as well as NHB’s key internal divisions.

In addition, it also covered communications responsibilities for events including the Patron of Heritage Awards, International Museum Day and Explore Singapore.

Recently, the Singapore Art Museum (SAM) reappointed Fulford PR as its PR agency-of-record for the third year running. Earlier this year, the agency was also selected for New York food retailer Dean & DeLuca’s store launch in Singapore.
