From 16 April to 4 May, these users can enjoy promotions and discounts at listed destinations, including F&B outlets and attraction sites, at Sentosa, when they check-in using the above applications.

After they check-in at the correct venue, users need to show their check-in screens to the ticketing counter or service staff before making the purchase or order.

Among the participating partners are Desperados in 3D, Sentosa Cineblast-The Extreme Log Ride, Wave House Sentosa, Olio Bites Café and Port Belly.

Singapore Check-In Bonanza 2012 is an extension of Singapore Foursquare Day 2011, which was adapted from the global Foursquare Day. It is an initiative by Omy.sg to celebrate location-based check-ins via Foursquare or Facebook Places in the Singapore context by collaborating with Sentosa and its participating partners to offer promotions as a perk for checking in.

Omy.sg (online mobile for the young) is the first bilingual-friendly news and interactive web portal in Singapore, by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH). Primarily targeted at online users from 18 to 35 years old, the portal provides the latest news and infotainment for web-savvy users.
