Redifussion Y&R Mumbai appoints Kavita Kailas as planning head
In her new role, Kailas will focus on a wide range of feminine and hygiene care clients such as Kaya and Colgate-Palmolive for India. Y&R said this would be no challenge for her in handling FMCG and social services accounts since she ‘single handedly’ managed the Balbir Pasha HIV/AIDS campaign in India.

Kallas started her advertising career in 1999 at Advertising Avenue. She has worked on many international brands including McDonald’s, Axe, P&G feminine care and Clinic.

“Kavita’s appointment completes the triad of service, creative and planning we are creating for each of our clients,” said Nisha Singhania, executive VP of Redifussion Y&R Mumbai.

Redifussion Y&R made some significant changes to its management team this month, with the appointment of Rahul Roy as planning head for South India and Seema Rajarathnam as general manager in Bangalore.
