PHD Hong Kong hires HSBC account lead from Danone

Nadeem Amin will be managing partner for PHD's dedicated HSBC ASP unit.

Nadeem Amin, previously of Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition Hong Kong, where he was head of digital for the Greater China region, joined PHD Hong Kong to lead the recently-acquired HSBC business in a pitch conducted by ID Comms.

Amin will be the new managing partner for PHD's dedicated HSBC ASP unit, based in Hong Kong, and manage the banking and financial services provider’s media duties as well as adopt marketing technologies across Asia-Pacific. 

He will report to Deric Wong, CEO of Omnicom Media Group Hong Kong, and Clement Chung, MD of PHD Hong Kong.

Amin's experience includes roles at Kellogg’s Australia, where he served as regional digital marketing manager and senior marketing technologist, as well as Sphinx Software in the US, where he was director of multimedia. He also took a recent interest in artificial intelligence, completing an executive programme from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
