Rishya Joseph, group CEO at People 'n Rich Holdings, noted that talent investments is necessary to foster greater competencies, particularly in the Brand Activation and Digital components of our business, as the business continues to evolve.

It has named Lynda Lee as the media director. With more than 20 years experience in the industry, she held senior executive positions at MPG, Starcom Mediavest, Optimedia, and MediaEdge:CIA, on client accounts such as Alliance Bank, Naza-Kia, Caltex, Loreal, Singapore Airlines and LG Electronics.

Norfaizah Marzuki joins the agency as the account director on several multinational accounts. She has over 15 years experience, and previously held senior positions at Leo Burnett, DraftFCB, Hong Kong Bank, and BBDO Proximity. She has worked on accounts including P&G, CIMB, McDonald’s, Telekom Malaysia, Fonterra, S C Johnson, and the Hong Kong Tourist Board.

Joseph said, “I have always subscribed to the view that talent is the only differentiator in our business. The bigger challenge is not only in finding the right talent, but importantly, in creating a conducive working environment and culture that allows these talented individuals to progress and grow as professionals.”

Joseph joined the agency in May last year, taking over from the founder, Richard Steven, who now focuses on expanding the group's holdings in other countries, including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Laos.
