OMG approaches headhunter for senior position in China

According to sources, Ascentador has actively approached several senior executives in competing organisations.

OMG, however, quashed industry speculation that it's seeking a replacement for its China CEO Elaine Ip (pictured).

"Our business had grown tremendously this year given the wins of Pepsi, Danone and Unilever businesses," Ip told Campaign Asia-Pacific.

"As a result, we have been going through a progressive management team expansion plan which involves a series of senior new recruitments as well as redefinition of responsibilities of the existing management team members," she added.
