Chow came onboard this week and will report to Pauline Chu, MD of Carat HK. She filled the role left vacant by Pauline Ng who joined OMD HK as senior planning manager last week.

At OMD Hong Kong, Chow served a number of FMCG, banking and retail accounts including Johnson & Johnson, Richemont, Watson’s, Fortress and China Construction Bank Asia.

The agency is still in discussions with Chow over which accounts she will be focusing on at Carat.

Chow’s appointment news follows a series of new accounts wins for the agency, including Friso’s US$35 million media duties, the US$20 million Korean Tourism Organisation (KTO) pitch with HS Ad, and a US$2 million launch media project for Sky100.
