Shannon Cullum has left his position as CEO of MullenLowe Singapore to become the new CMO of mobile-engagement service Jet8, part of Creative Hot House.

Cullum joined the Singapore office as chief executive just last year after 11 years at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he led a variety of markets across Asia and in Russia.

Cullum told Campaign he's "thrilled to be a part of JET8 and all it represents—a powerful way for brands to tap...consumers who love and use their products."

It’s been a turbulent year for MullenLowe leadership across Asia. The agency brought in Vincent Digonnet from Razorfish earlier this year to lead the APAC region. In July, South and Southeast Asia leader Joseph George quit to pursue his “big dream” while DDB’s Richard Tan was tapped as CEO in China.

The leadership changes were paired with operational restructuring across the region as part of MullenLowe’s ‘hyperbundled’ service offerings.

Jet8 announced a partnership with GroupM in July.

Campaign has requested confirmation about replacement plans for Cullum at MullenLowe.
