He is tasked with developing integrated communication strategies for GroupM’s clients.

“This appointment will strengthen our capabilities to strategically plan and execute integrated campaigns combining all our areas of digital expertise with offline media and activities,” Siwat Chawareewong, CEO of mInteraction, commented.

With more than 10 years of creative advertising industry experience, Pwongkaew spent his last four years at Topspace Thailand as vice-president of online business, responsible for strategic planning and execution for clients such as PTT, SCB, Yamaha and Nestle.

He was also previously the director of strategic planning, research and online services at DraftFCB, as well as part of the marketing communications team at KTC.

“It's a very exciting time in the development of our digital business,” Kevin Clarke, CEO at GroupM Thailand, said. “This is one of several planned senior hires aimed to strengthen our capability and to keep mInteraction at the leading edge of the industry.”

The appointment follows the recent addition of Niklas Stalberg as COO, as digital advertising spend in Thailand is expected to double within the next two years.
