Mindshare Thailand appoints Malee Kittipongpisal as GM

BANGKOK - Mindshare Thailand has announced the promotion of Malee Kittipongpisal to the newly created role of GM of Mindshare Thailand, effective immediately.

Reporting to Paul Gibbins, leader of Mindshare Thailand, Kittipongpisal will continue to lead a core team and will take on additional responsibilities in the areas of HR, Agency Climate, Training & Development and PR & Marketing of the agency.

"Over the past few years Kittipongpisal has been an integral part of the Mindshare Management Team and her steady hand has been an asset to the company. She has the respect of her clients and colleagues alike, so taking on these additional responsibilities is a natural progression of her career with Mindshare” said Gibbins.

Kittipongpisal said: "Under the competitive era, Purple People or our staffs are the key driver in building a strong connection with our business partners. One of my challenges is to train, coach and develop our talents to have a strong knowledge, skill and understanding in media and marketing tools along with the marketing trends.

She added: "Ever since we set up the company, we have consistently gained our trust from our partners and we will continuously ensure our great services to all client partners as we believe in our people capability and our competency.”
