Li comes with over 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the aviation and hospitality sector. Prior to this appointment, he was country director - Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, for Continental Airlines.
He has also worked with United Airlines as general manager - Hong Kong Sales and Asia regional marketing manager. Before joining United , he worked with Singapore Airlines as manager, loyalty marketing, in which role he managed the airline's frequent flyer programme.
Li started his career as a hotelier with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and has also worked in marketing management positions with the Australian Tourist Commission for the Asian region.
