KARACHI - JWT Pakistan has appointed Syed Noaman Asar (pictured) as head of planning.

Noaman joins from Oasis Insights, a leading research agencies in Pakistan, where he served as deputy director. He started his career with P&G in 1998 where he worked on brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders and Ariel as consumer and market knowledge manager.

In 2003, he moved to the Middle East and took on roles in the marketing department of Al-Ghurair foods and Sunbulah.

In his new position, he will oversee all strategy and planning for the Pakistan office and will report to CEO Mansoor Karim Shaikh, who said: “Noaman’s extensive 11-plus years experience working with several notable companies in Pakistan and the Middle East make him the perfect fit for leading our planning department into the next stage of our development.”

The JWT Pakistan head added: “I am confident he will bring his strategic insight and expertise to JWT Pakistan to build powerful partnerships with our account, creative and client partners in the region.”
