Cheng, who has extensive loyalty and CRM experience, will lead the team in both servicing existing Beijing clients as well as being integral in ICLP's expansion in northern China.

The relocation is part of ICLP's move to strengthen the Beijing office, which was set up last year.

"Our focus in Beijing is to work closer with and support our global IT client base in north China by implementing CRM insights into their new and ongoing projects. With this objective in mind, we shall build upon our existing talent pool with local staff eager to further ICLP's reputation as the leading CRM provider in the region," said Cheng.

Cheng has been working in the Mainland for over five years, initially as planning director at Communication Central Group, now under Digitas Greater China, and more recently as business director for ICLP in Shanghai managing CRM activities for various clients including Visa International, Porsche, Virgin Atlantic and Wyndham Hotels.
