The client appointed Golin Harris to provide public relations, event management and activation services in support of its recently completed clubhouse and renovated golf course.

The brief also included ongoing media outreach activities in addition to organising the Caesars Golf 3rd Annual Butch Harmon Invitational, a tournament featuring Butch Harmon, who was the former teacher to notable players like Tiger Woods.

Caesars Golf Macau is a premium golf development located in the Cotai district of Macau, and is targeting middle-age professionals with time and money to play golf in Macau, Hong Kong and South China.

"Although the golf market is very crowded with lots of new golf courses in Zhuhai, Dongguan and South China," said Jeremy Walker, head of sports marketing and branded entertainment of Golin Harris Hong Kong. "Caesars's unique position in the Cotai Strip, the "leisure mecca" for casinos, hotels and entertainment, means that it is tapping into the tourism boom in Macau."
