Ford's marketing boss to headline Campaign Spotlight automotive

SINGAPORE - Chantel Lenard, vice president of marketing, Asia Pacific and Africa, for the Ford Motor Company, will be delivering the keynote address at Campaign Spotlight Automotive on 25 August at the Goodwood Hotel in Singapore.

Lenard will be discussing brand image and strategy across the region.

She is Ford's top executive for marketing in the Asia-Pacific region, leading activities across eleven markets stretching from South Africa and India, to China, Southeast Asia and Australia.  She and her team are responsible for consumer and market insight, brand strategy and product positioning, and all "go to market" activities.

Lenard joined Ford in 1992 and has held a variety of roles in purchasing, finance, strategy, marketing and sales. Her positions include retail advertising and events manager (US), Large Car/Crossover Product Marketing and Strategy Manager, and Group Marketing Manager for Small & Medium Cars in North America. While in that role, she led the development and execution of the 'Fiesta Movement' initiative, a 2010 Effie Gold Award Winner.

Campaign Spotlight Automotive focuses on driving brand success through increased customer engagement, loyalty and enhanced digital strategy. Key topics covered range from understanding the trends that shape Asia’s automotive industry to bringing your brand to life through innovative brand experience.
