The rebranding exercise, first announced in March and widely reported, will see the Havas Group consisting of Havas Media (all its global media agencies), as well as Havas Creative, which includes the Havas Worldwide network, the Arnold Worldwide micronetwork and other communications agencies.

The rebranding integrates the organisation's creative, media and digital services to reinforce its position as the most integrated communication holding companies, according to the network. A new umbrella brand, Havas Digital Group, was also created to operate across both media and creative, highlighting the fact that digital is at the core of all of the holding company's agencies and strategy.

Havas Media, meanwhile, will reveal a new visual identity at the beginning of 2013.

In The Philippines, Adobo reported that Euro RSCG Manila has changed its corporate name to Havas Worldwide Manila, while its sister PR agency Agatep Associates is now named Havas PR Agatep. Both agencies are now working together to provide clients with one-stop-shop advertising, public relations, marketing services, crisis management and other strategic message delivery systems, using digital, social media and traditional media platforms.

Havas Worldwide Manila will continue to be headed by managing director and chief creative officer, Norman Agatep. Audrey General, meanwhile, will remain as managing director and chief operations officer of Havas PR Agatep.

“This (the rebranding) will strengthen our position as the most agile and entrepreneurial communications network, ready to adapt to the ever-changing media landscape,” Charlie Agatep, group chairman of Havas Worldwide Manila and Havas PR Agatep, said.
