James Chen (pictured, right), currently managing director of Euro RSCG Beijing, will be promoted as vice-president for Greater China reporting directly to Mason Lim. Chen spent seven years at Euro RSCG from 1998 to 2005 and oversaw the strong growth of its Beijing office. He rejoined the agency in February.

Edward Su (pictured, left), Chen’s counterpart in Shanghai, has been promoted to managing director of Euro RSCG China. He will oversee Euro RSCG’s operations in China, with focus on promoting creative business ideas. It is the first time that a native Chinese has been put in such a key position at any 4A agency in China.

Benjamin Wong, vice managing director of Euro RSCG Beijing, and Jowell See, co-partner of Euro RSCG Shanghai, will be promoted as managing director of Beijing and Shanghai respectively. Both will report to Su.
