Euro RSCG bolsters Shanghai management

SHANGHAI - Euro RSCG has reorganised its Shanghai management, rehiring Jowell See (pictured) as the agency's executive partner and promoting Kitty Gu to the role of business director.

See, who worked at Euro RSCG Beijing from 1999 to 2008, rejoins the agency from Media Contacts where he was business director, according to his online profile. He was also general manager at Enfatico before joining Media Contacts.

According to Euro RSCG, Jowell will oversee key clients including Pernod-Ricard, Jaguar, Dulux, Vichy and Hershey's.

Gu, meanwhile, will focus on domestic and non-globally aligned international accounts. She joined Euro RSCG a year ago after more than a decade of industry experience at JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, Lowe and Bates.

Both See and Gu will work closely with managing director, Edward Su, and strategic planning director, Simone Zhang.
