Fanshawe will be moving from his position as managing director at Euro RSCG in Singapore to become global brand director and executive director of EHS 4D, effective next month. He will be based out of the agency's London office.

The announcement follows recent changes to Euro RSCG’s management structure in Southeast Asia, including the hires of Renuka Jaypal and Victor Ng as chief executive officer and chief operating officer for Southeast Asia, respectively.

"The hiring of Renuka and Victor into Southeast Asian leadership roles completed our regional strengthening and makes Matt's move possible," Euro RSCG's Asia-Pacific chairman Juan Rocamora said.

During the 10 years he was with the agency, Fanshawe grew the digital operations across the region and under his leadership Euro RSCG Singapore was crowned ‘Agency of the Year’ in 2009.

"With Renuka and Vic now leading our team in Southeast Asia, I am confident we have the right people in place to continue driving our growth in that region,” said Fanshawe.
