DigitasLBi has announced three new senior hires in Asia-Pacific following the agency’s global Hewlett-Packard Enterprises (HPE) win in August last year.

Ben McAneny has joined as APAC business director, leading several accounts including HPE. He arrives from the UK, where he spent a decade working for agencies including Advertising Club and Greenlight.

Reevi Rajan has also joined DigitasLBi as APAC director of analytics to work primarily on HPE. He began his career at Mindshare India, working on United Breweries and Unilever laundry brands, before moving to Madison Communications and handling marketing analytics for several clients.

Alvin Kirk joins as senior media manager, in charge of the media planning and buying for the HPE account. Kirk previously spent three years at Publicis Media DTI running programmatic campaigns for Publicis clients. Before that he was on the trading desk at Audience on Demand, and began his career at Starcom Media for six years as an integrated planner.

Finally, Vinay Devarapalli has joined DigitasLBi from Yahoo! as a senior media planner. Vinay will lead the operational side of HPE, together with EJ Segovia, and was previously a digital strategic planner at Dentsu Singapore.

Annette Male, DigitasLBi APAC CEO, said: “We have a talented team in place. I am sure they will bring excellent results as they help drive the HP Enterprises vision forward in APAC.”

Charlie Newbery, APAC head of media, said clients are looking for complex media solutions including programmatic. "Having bolstered our team with these guys, I feel confident we can offer our clients a well rounded solution to solve their real business needs,” he said.
