Brijesh Jacob, joint MD of 22feet Tribal Worldwide and chief creative technologist of DDB Mudra Group, and Deepak Nair, chief growth officer of DDB Mudra Group and CEO of 22feet Tribal Worldwide, have left the organisation.

Aditya Kanthy, group MD of DDB Mudra Group, will become the group CEO early next year. The group is also in the process of putting in place a new structure, which will be unveiled over the next few weeks.

Both Jacob and Nair were elevated by the organisation last year, but were accused in the #MeToo movement earlier this year.

The duo join Vineet Gupta (group CEO, DDB Mudra Group) among the high-profile exits at the group. Gupta is believed to be joining a VC fund that will also double up as a communication consultancy. The future plans of Jacob and Nair are unknown.

Company sources said the three have quit the organisation at various points in time for unrelated reasons.
