KUALA LUMPUR - Barely a week after Sa’ad Hussein took over as chief creative officer and executive director of TBWA\Kuala Lumpur and Creative Juice\Kuala Lumpur, the agency is making a fresh round of changes.

The company announced that Yee Hui Tsin will lead the agency as general manager, working closely with Judy Wong, the newly promoted new business director, and VJ Anand, creative director, who joined the team on 1 July.

Anand said the move is part of the company's strategy to position the team to be young and hungry to meet the demands of the industry.

Both Tsin and Wong started off at Naga DDB. At Creative Juice they led brands like Nissan, RHB, P1, Axe, F&N, Nando's and Gamuda.

“The agency is blessed with two loyal and able leaders within its ranks, said Sa’ad Hussein, Chief Creative Officer of the TBWA Group in Malaysia. “Combined with the creative talents of VJ Anand, I am looking forward to seeing them raise the agency to greater heights.”

TBWA Group, Malaysia has seen several management changes over the past year. In addition to the elevation of Sa'ad Hussein, in January, TBWA\Group Asia-Pacific promoted Alrick Dorrett to the new and expanded role of chief operating officer for both Singapore and Malaysia.

The following month, Chow Kok Keong was named creative director and Tan Jit Seng was appointed associate creative director.

Aaron Cowie, chief executive officer of TBWA\Kuala Lumpur stepped into his new role in September 2011 following the retirement of Austen Zecha
