Badminton Europe launched an RFP in October 2012. It is understood that at least six other agencies were involved during the pitch process.

TSA will distribute the international TV rights to Badminton Europe’s events for the cycle 2013-2016, including the European Championships, European Mixed Team Championships, European Men’s and Women’s Team Championships, and the European Club Championships.

Badminton Europe is looking for a much wider exposure of its events around the world. TSA has been chosen for its long history in the sport, having been the media partner of the Badminton World Federation since 2005, as well as the organiser and distributor of the prestigious Axiata Cup.

Apart from Europe, TSA will also focus on strong badminton countries in Asia, such as Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Thailand.

TSA is an independent sports marketing agency and content distributor with six offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Beijing, Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. Media rights distribution, TV production, sponsorship/licensing, events management and consulting are its core business activities.
