Campaign evokes 'golfing paradise' for Ernie Els' course in Malaysia

From Malaysia: 'The Perfect Round', for The Els Club Malaysia by G.A Brand Design Kuala Lumpur

This ad marking the opening of The Els Club Malaysia, which aired recently on Fox Sports, makes effective use of slow-motion closeups and depth of field to evoke the beauty of the course. G.A Brand Design worked with director Farouk Al-Joffery and producer Perin Petrus at Planet Films.

The Els Club Malaysia will continue reaching out to golfers in Singapore and Malaysia throughout 2016 with a series of events, tournaments and promotions.

Ad Nut is not much for golf—too busy hiding nuts in holes in the ground to spend time hitting balls into holes in the ground—but certainly wouldn't mind exploring the lovely green space shown in the video. The only aspect of the ad that bothers Ad Nut is the presence of a large raptor and its bone-chilling shriek of death at one point. On second thought, perhaps Ad Nut will leave the golf course for humans to enjoy.
