He steps into the role taking over from current Y&R ECD Sachin Ambekar. While at BBDO Proximity Malaysia, he worked with clients that included Pepsi, Mini, KFC, Olympus and Drypers. Previously, he had also worked at Naga DDB and McCann Erickson.

He helped drive BBDO Proximity Malaysia's Jeep team in picking up awards at Cannes, Spikes Asia, D&AD, Clio, New York Festivals and London International Awards. In addition, Le took part in crafting an anti-drink driving campaign for HELP which was a Malaysian Effie finalist in 2009.

Le looks forward to the new challenge and believes that Indonesia showed great promise when it comes to the digital and non-traditional spheres.

"His appointment demonstrates our determination to build a creative legacy, which began last year when Y&R Jakarta was named the most creative agency in Indonesia by Campaign magazine, and won Indonesia's first and only Cannes Gold Lion," commented Andrew Dowling, CEO at Y&R Indonesia.
