In his new role as creative partner, Doherty (pictured) will continue to work with Wayne Fan, wwwins Isobar Shanghai managing director, and Peter Shen, wwwins Isobar China chief creative officer, to enhance the company’s creative profile and capability in the China market.

He will also continue to lead the team, developing their talents and exploring the ‘new frontier’ in the future of digital marketing, the company said.

Jean Lin, Isobar Asia Pacific CEO and founder of wwwins Isobar said, “The role of creative partner is extremely important for our future development - the ultimate goal for this role is to realise Isobar’s mission: bringing people and brands together like never before.”

Doherty joined wwwins Isobar Shanghai in 2008 as creative director, and has developed award-winning creative work for Coca-Cola, ABInbev, Moet-Hennessy Diageo, BMW, Philips, P&G, Adidas, Nokia and IBM.

Columbia University-educated Doherty has over 13 years of digital-focused experience. Prior to wwwins Isobar, he worked at DraftFCB  and Ogilvy in New York for four years and six years, respectively, servicing high-profile clients such as Ameritrade, Andersson Consulting, Motorola and IBM. He also boasts several big-name awards, including prizes from Cannes and One Show.
