“It quickly became apparent that promotions have become an intrinsic part of the digital landscape and can have significant impact on customer relationship management and loyalty programmes. We are finding that clients are keen to explore promotional opportunities outside of their traditional channels,” said Jo Lloyd, managing director of Wunderman.

Chris Yeo will lead the new Wunderman team, alongside Christine Watts and Arianne Flintoff.

“We will look at how other Wunderman clients can build an innovative and compelling promotional offer to drive engagement and purchase,” commented Yeo on how the team would initially manage the Coke Unleashed transition, a business that the agency won recently.
