Adie Hart joins RBB as brand strategy consultant, bringing to the agency over a decade of digital and branding industry experience in London and Hong Kong. At RBB he will focus on leading the 55-strong brand strategy consulting team to ensure the clients correctly position themselves and their communications to add impact to their brands both in Vietnam and across Asia-Pacific.

The key clients Hart will focus on primarily include VinaCapital (Vietnam’s largest Foreign Direct Investor), Apollo English, (Vietnam’s leading English language provider), Vinamilk, Unilever and Budweiser.

Hart previously worked in Hong Kong at two digital agencies, most recently at Heath Wallace, and has managed accounts for ABN AMRO, RBS and Standard Chartered Bank. He started his career as a web designer and developer over a decade ago in London.

Meanwhile the agency has also promoted its associate CD of three years Lennart Schaberg to the CD role; he will lead all creative, branding and advertising work on behalf of the agency

Schaberg is an advertising and design veteran from Germany, previously with Ogilvy & Mather in Vietnam. During his 10-year career he has worked on a variety of campaigns and branding exercises for Fortune 500 blue chip brands like Unilever, Nestle, IBM, BMW, BP and Bayer.

“It’s a real pleasure to promote Lenny to creative director after the dedication he’s given to Red and our client’s brands.  Bringing in Adie with his skills, perspectives and strategic nose gives our clients added impact to their brand strategies,” Chris Elkin, MD of RBB, “in these more challenging economic times, I think our clients are going to really feel the benefit of these guys.”
