The contract worth more than SG$600,000 is aimed at making Infocomm an education and career choice. The contract runs on a one plus one basis, with media duties held by Zenith Optimedia.

Anand A Vathiyar, managing director of UP BrandBuzz, said, “We are deeply satisfied with the win. The team wanted this from the get go and worked hard at it. The campaign will be a departure from the usual high-tech cool to something warm and accessible. The clients are very supportive and we hope to reward their enthusiasm.”

Up BrandBuzz, together with Maxus, took home the highest accolade at the SPH Ink Awards 2011 with the ‘Teachers’ Day Coupon’ campaign. The creative print advertisement, which printed just days before Teachers’ Day on 1 September, invited students to cut out a ‘Teachers’ Day Coupon’ from the newspapers and send it to their favourite teacher.
